摘要
水资源是国民经济发展的自然物质基础。从我国的国情出发 ,对合理利用水资源进行了初步探讨。
Water resources are the natural substances for developing the nationale economy.According to specific conditions of China,this paper makes a discussion about the reasonable consumption of water resources.
