西比灵对癫痫鼠点燃效应及氨基酸变化影响的实验研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的 :研究西比灵对癫痫鼠点燃效应及相应氨基酸变化的影响。方法 :用大鼠杏仁核快速点燃方法观察西比灵对点燃效应的影响 ,并采用高效液相色谱法测定应用西比灵后颞叶皮层及海马组织γ-氨基丁酸 ( GABA)、谷氨酸 ( GLu)的含量。结果 :西比灵有减弱点燃效应、升高 GABA含量及降低 GLu含量的作用。结论 Objective:To study on the influence of ibelium upon the kindling effect and the variation of amino acids in rat epileptic model. Methods:The influence of ibelium on kindling effect was observed by kindling with rapidly recurring amygdala seizures. The levels of r aminobutyric acid(GABA) and glutamic acid(Glu) in temporal lobe and hippocampus tissues was measured by means of high performance liquid chromatography.Results:Ibelium could weaken kindling effect raised the level of GABA and decrease the level of GLu. Conclusion:Ibelium plays an assistant role in antiepilepty.
