提出了利用连续分析技术定量地测定食醋中总酸、总酯的含量。本法操作简捷、快速、准确 ,所获的结果与常规法基本一致 。
This paper suggested a continuous analytical technique which could determine quantitatively the content of total acid and ester in vinegar Compared with the traditional method, it had operational simplicity , speediness and high accuracy The results obstained by this method basically conform with that of the traditional method It has a certain significance in quality control of vinegar
