摘要
利用经济学中规模经济理论、分工理论以及企业生命周期理论对孵化器产生和发展的原因进行分析，从而为孵化器的产生和发展实践提供一个经济学理论基础。
This paper use the scale economic theory、 special labor division theory and the enterprise life cycle theory to explain why business incubator can form and develop, then supply the incubator huilding practice with a economics theory foundation.
