摘要
利用作者建立的能直接观察和记录金属表面结露过程的实验室装置 ,进一步考察了表面划痕、各种尘埃、盐玷污等多种因素对于碳钢表面上结露行为的影响 。
By means of a special experimental device, which mainly consisted of a semiconductor cooling unit to cool the plate specimen and could simulate dew formation at early stage of atmospheric corrosion, several influencing factors were examined. Dewing took place preferentially along the scratch on specimen surface. Generally, the presence of dust on metal surface facilitated dew formation and hence accelerated corrosion. However, the solid deposits from various sources behaved quite differently. Dry dirt sucked moisture due to its hydroscopicity, while sand granules did not show significant effect on dewing. On the salt contaminated surface dewing was much easier and corrosion was accelerated.
