摘要
本文在进行大量调研的基础上，对重庆市人力资源的数量、构成、质量等现状以及重庆市人力资源开发存在的问题进行了分析研究，为重庆市如何进行人力资源开发提供了一定的依据。
Based on research into the current situation of amount, make－up and quality of human resources and problems in human resources exploitation in Chongqing, this paper provides the basis about how to exploit human resources in Chongqing.
