摘要
采用圆柱试样在 Gleeble- 15 0 0热模拟机上进行高温压缩变形实验 ,研究了 70 75铝合金在高温塑性变形过程中流变应力的变化规律。实验在温度为 2 5 0~ 5 0 0℃、应变速率为 0 .0 5~ 5 0 s- 1的条件下进行。结果表明 :应变速率和变形温度的变化强烈影响着合金流变应力的大小 ,流变应力随变形温度升高而降低 ,随应变速率提高而增大 ;可用 Zener-Hollomon参数的双曲正弦形式来描述 70
The mechanic behavior of 7075 aluminum alloy during high temperature plastic deformation is studied by isothermal compression of cylindrical specimens using gleeble 1500.The experiment is carrieded out over the range of deformation temperature from 250℃ to 500℃,strain rate from 0.05 s -1 to 50 s -1 .The results show that the flow stress is controlled by both strain rate and deformation temperature, the flow stress decreases with the increase of temperature,while increases with the increase of strain rate.The flow stress of 7075 alloy during high temperature deformation can be represented by a zener hollomon parameter in sinh form.
