摘要
用传统的地面注蒸汽方法开采稠油综合热效率低,锅炉出口的蒸汽干度低,开采成本高,环境污染严重,有效气体大量浪费。针对这种状况,胜利油田研制了直燃式热采蒸汽-气体发生器。该发生器采用直接换热的方式,将预热过的水经雾化后直接喷射到燃烧室的高温烟气区,烟气与雾化水直接接触,经充分换热后形成均匀稳定的混合气体,然后经出口喷出。与传统的地面注汽工艺相比,这种发生器综合热效率提高10%左右,原油采收率提高20%以上,采收速度提高1倍,燃料耗量及耗水量低,且可以提高蒸汽干度,并将烟气注入地层,对环境无污染。
To solve the problems of the conventional steam injection way , such as lower heat efficiency, high humidity of steam, high production cost, environment entertaining, waste of stream and so on, a direct-heat-converting stream-gas generator is developed in Shengli Oilfield. By means of directly heat converting, preheated water is atomized and jetted directly into the high temperature fuel gases area of the combustion chamber. The uniform static mixed gas is generated when the atomized water contacts directly with fuel gases after adequate heat conversion, and then jetted into the reservoir. Compared with conventional stream injection technology, the heat efficiency increases up to 10%, and oil recovery rate increases up to 20% by using this kind of generator.
