摘要
抽油泵用小型清洗机存在清洗质量差，工作效率低及清洗液不能重复利用等问题，为此，研制了抽油泵自动清洗机。该机采用无级变速、链条传动、内外同步喷射、封闭清洗；具有预置式传送速度、传送限位、清洗时间、排渣除油、清洗液加温、过滤、排雾、干燥、报警等自动控制功能，清洗介质使用药物水剂清洗液，并过滤循环使用；对抽油泵泵体内外表面利用高压水流喷射冲刷清洗，一次可同时清洗不同规格的抽油泵５台，现场应用表明，该机一次清洗清洁率达９８％，清洗后抽油泵修复率达６５％；清洗检修后的抽油泵下井施工综合返工率由以前的１８.６％降至４.８９％，综合经济效益４５０万元，并大大降低了工人劳动强度。
In the light of bad cleaning effect and low working efficiency of small-scale oil well pump cleaning system, a new cleaning system is developed. The system adopts stepless speed control with chain drive, and carries out automatically enclosed cleaning by means of jetting simultaneously inside and outside the pump body. The cleaning medium is a chemical containing water solution that can be used repeatedly after filtering. Field use shows that the new oil well pump cleaning system has good performance and can bring about remarkable economic benefits.
