摘要
介绍盐酸米诺环素暂行对照品的制备及与USP对照品的对比分析,认为两种对照品的化学结构相同,各项指标均符合USPⅩⅩⅢ的要求。在此基础上,以USP对照品为基准,采用HPLC法标定了首批盐酸米诺环素国内暂行对照品的含量,并通过实验考察了流动相pH对盐酸米诺环素及其有关物质分离度的影响。
Introduce the preparation of domestic minocycline hydrochloride reference substance and parallel analyza tion with USP minocycline hydrochloride Referen ce Substance(RS).They were showed to be identical in c onstituent,every target conformed to USPⅩⅩⅢ.Thus,by using USP RS as the standard,the content of the first lot of domestic minocycline hydrochloride refe rence substance was assayed by HPLC.The in fluence of pH of the mobile phase on re solution factor of minocycline and r elated sub-stances was also investigated.
