摘要
目的 测定武警部队战士、学员最大摄氧量 ,为部队选兵、指导训练、评价体质提供基础资料。方法 采取亚极量踏阶运动间接法。结果 6 0 8名男战士、学员VO2 max均值为 (46 .1± 5 .6 9)ml/ (kg·min) ,良好以上者 141人 ,占 2 3 .19 % ,未达标者 16 0人占 2 6 .32 % ,其中支队男战士VO2 max均值为 (49.6 6± 4.12 )ml/ (kg·min)。结论 武警部队男战士、学员VO2 max整体水平评价为中等 ,但仍具有训练潜力。应强化科学训练 ,以提高战士、学员体质 。
Objective To analyse VO 2max of male soldiers and students in Armed Police Fores,Provide army with basic data for the selection of soldiers,direction of training and evaluation of constitation.Methods To adop the indirect method of step treding in a state of subpolarization intensity.Results The average VO 2max of 603 male and student in Armed Police Fors is (46.21±5.69) ml/(kg·min).141 people who are the good and upwords anstityde 23.19%,160 people who are not up to the standard constitute 26.32%.Among the soldiers and students the average VO 2max of male soldiers in detachment is (49.66±4.12) ml/(kg·min).Conclusions The overall evaluation of VO 2max of male soldiers and students in Armed Police Fors is medium,but Chinese armymen still have training potentialities.In order to heighten combat effectiveness through building up the health of soldiers and students,scientific training should be strengthened.
