摘要
探讨IL13在系统性红斑狼疮SLE发病机制中的作用及其意义,应用逆转录聚合酶链反应RTPCR检测了34例活动期SLE患者和30名正常人外周血单个核细胞PBMC中IL13mRNA的表达水平。结果表明,活动期SLE患者IL13的阳性表达率与正常人对照组相比无明显差异P>0.05;活动期SLE患者PBMC中IL13mRNA的平均表达水平0.8983±0.1153明显高于正常人对照组0.6085±0.0903,差异非常显著P<0.001。提示高水平的IL13表达可能与SLE患者外周血T细胞高度活化、功能异常有关,其通过刺激B细胞活化、分化与增殖或激活B细胞旁路,参与SLE的发病过程。
In order to investigate the role of I L-13expression in the pathogenesis of systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)and its significanse,the reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)technique to semiquantitatively an alyze IL-13mRNA expression in the peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMC)from 34active SLE patients and 30healthy subjects was performed.Compared with normal controls,there was no statistical significance in the positive rate of IL-13expressio n(P>0.05).The mean level of IL-13mRNA expression in active SLE group was significantly increased,and there was markedly statis tical difference between patients with active SLE and normal c ontrols(P<0.001).The higher IL-13espression may result from the hyperactivity and /or th e dysfunction of T lymphocytes in SLE p atients.The higher level IL-13expr essioon could stimulate the activation,differentiation and proliferation of B cells,or promote the bypass activation of B cells,and may be involved in the pathogenesis o f SLE.
