本文论述了空心阴极效应及其在辉光放电离子渗金属方面的一些应用,为进行辉光离子渗金属时源极和阴极的形状尺寸设计提供参考。
This paper deals with hollow cathode discharge and provides desgning basis of source and cathode in the glow discharging surface alloying process.
