摘要
科技期刊主编是科技期刊编辑出版过程中起决定性作用的核心人物 ,他们所持有的编辑出版思想意识 ,将支配他们的编辑出版行为 ,从而深刻影响其所办期刊的科技思想内容和出版导向。步入新世纪的科技期刊主编应当具有旗帜鲜明的政治思想意识 ,知识经济的科技思想意识 ,创造发展的编辑出版意识和锐意改革的经营管理意识。
The perodical editot-in-chiefs are key and decisive persons in editing and pulishing the perodicals of science and technology.Their thoughts and senses of editing and publishing will dominate their behaviours of editing and pulishing,thus influencing the content of thoughts of science and technology,the guilding of propagating.The perodical editor-in-chiefs in the new century should have the following kinds of senses:sense of politics and ideology which is distinct ,thought and sense of science and technology of economy knowledge,sense of pioneering and developing in editing and publishing,managing and administering sense of reform with keen determination.
