摘要
对聚四氟乙烯电性能、耐老化性能和烧蚀性能进行了研究 ,结果表明聚四氟乙烯适用于制备战术导弹雷达天线罩。研制的软模成型法采用橡胶类材料作为传压介质 ,使聚四氟乙烯模压制品具有液体等压成型的效果 ,成型制品质地均匀 ,尺寸稳定性好 ,可避免出现微裂纹和微变形 ,成型方法有效地提高了成型产品的质量和合格率 ,且不需要液体等压成型所需的高压设备和液体传压介质 ,具有简便、快捷。
The electric, ageing resistant and ablative properties of PTFE were investigated.Experimental results show that PTFE is an applicable material to radar radomes of tactical missiles. Soft die process was employed,using rubber like material as pressure transmission medium,which resulted in almost the same effect as liquid isostatic process did. The products made by soft die process had even quality, stable dimensions, little micro cracks and deformation. Therefore, the quality and qualification rate of the products were improved greatly. Moreover, the soft die process can avoid high pressure equipment and liquid pressure transmission medium which are necessary to liquid isostatic process, which makes it simple, quick and efficient.
