Study of the Effects of Technique on the Structure of Ferroelectric (Bi_(1/2)Na_(1/2))_(1-x)Ba_xTiO_3 Ceramics

摘要 采用 XRD、SEM等分析技术 ,研究了制备工艺对 (Bi1 /2 Na1 /2 ) 1 - x Bax Ti O3(简称 BNBT)结构形成的影响 ,给出了温度和时间对该体系晶体结构形成的影响特征。研究结果表明 ,在适当温度及保温时间下 ,能获得全钙钛矿结构的 BNBT固溶体 ;在同样工艺条件下 。 The effects of preparing techniques on the structure of ferroelectric (Bi 1/2 Na 1/2 ) 1- x Ba x TiO 3(abbr.as BNBT)ceramics were studied by XRD.SEM and other analytic methods,and the effects of sintering temperature and time on the crystalline structure were given.The results show that entirely perovskite solid solutions can be obtained in proper perparing conditions,and the grain size of the ceramics is inhibited with the increasing of the amount of Ba addition in the same preparing conditions.
