摘要
采用预合成及掺杂适量 Mn O2 等工艺制备了钙钛矿结构为主的压电陶瓷材料 Pb(Mn1 /3Sb2 /3) x(Zn1 /3Nb2 /3) y(Zr0 .535Ti0 .4 6 5) 1 - x- y O3,此材料具有机电耦合系数高、介质损耗小、介电常数与机械品质因数适中的特点。引入 Mn O2 使其成为单一的钙态矿结构 。
Pb(Mn 1/3 Sb 2/3 ) x (Zn 1/3 Nb 2/3 ) y (Zr 0.535 Ti 0.465 ) 1 -x-y O 3 piezoelectric ceramics with mainly perovskite structure were prepared by multi presinter and MnO 2 doping.The materials have high electromechanical coupling coefficients and low dielectric loss as well as suitability between dielectric constant and mechanical quality factor.A single perovskite structure was obtained with MnO 2 addition,and the piezoelectric and dielectric properties of material were improved.
