摘要
介绍了采用声表面波技术的一种直接频率合成器。在 L 波段单边带相位噪声 Lm(1k Hz) =- 119d Bc/Hz,频率切换时间 <0 .5 μs,杂散电平 <- 6 0 d Bc,可切换输出频率达几十点。该频率合成器工作温度为 - 5 5～ +85°C,体积 16 4 m m× 90 mm× 5 0 mm,并且通过了产品各项环境试验考核 。
A new kind of direct frequency synthesizer using SAW technology is introduced in this paper.The synthesizer has the features of single side band phase noise L m(1 kHz)=-119 dBc/Hz;frequency switching time <0.5 μs; spurious electric level<-60 dBc;and more than some dozens of switching output frequencies.The operating temperature is -55～+85 °C with a volume of 164 mm×90 mm×50 mm.Environmental test shows this synthesizer has stable working character.
