摘要
针对红外辐射涂料在工业炉应用中出现的辐射性能不断衰减的问题 ,对自制的以MnO2 、Fe2 O3 为主要成分的过渡金属的氧化物系红外辐射材料进行了高温老化实验研究 ,探明了在低于辐射材料烧结温度下的高温老化对其微观结构和辐射性能的影响关系。
In light of the problem that the radiant performance of the infrared radiant coating is deteriorating in the application in industrial furnaces experiments are conducted on the high temperature ageing of the infrared radiant material composed primarily of MnO 2 and Fe 2O 3 plus other transition metal oxides. It is proved that high temperature ageing below the sintering temperature of the radiant material will influence the micro structure and radiant performance, thus providing a theoretical guide for proper use of the infrared radiant coating with transition metal oxides.
