摘要
对染料敏化TiO_2纳米晶多孔膜太阳能电池的结构、原理进行了介绍,对电池中电荷分离、复合的机制和原因进行了说明。分析了TiO_2薄膜、染料敏化剂和支持电解质对电池性能的影响。提出了提高电池效率的主要途径。
The structure and mechanism of dye-sensitized TiO_2 nanocrystaline film solar cells are described. The mechanism of charge separation and recombintion are explained. The effect of TiO_2 film, dye-sensitizer and sup- port electrolyte is illustrated, and methods of improving dye-sensitized nanocrystaline solar cell are given.
