摘要
本文是 1997～ 2 0 0 0年中国工程院、中国科学院组织的“钢铁材料咨询报告”的概论介绍。在简要叙述世界近代钢铁发展史基础上 ,介绍了中国改革开放后中国钢铁发展的过程。就迈入新世纪后面临的挑战和发展机遇作了分析 。
Present paper is survey of project 'Consulting Report:Iron & Steel Materials'organized by Academia Sinica and Chinese Academy of Engineering from 1997 to 2000.The history and progress of Iron & Steel Industry both in the world and China has been briefly mentioned.The faced challenge and opportunity to China has been analyzed.Proposal for correspond target and strategic policy has been issued in this paper.
