摘要
用Tenax作为吸附剂 ,通过吸附、热脱附的方法和GC MS分析 ,测定了烟草幼苗在接种烟草花叶病毒(TMV)后产生的挥发物的组成变化 ,发现了多种与烟草感病过程密切相关的化合物 ,并对其中的化合物水杨酸甲酯 (MeSA)进行了定量研究 ;实验表明 ,TMV接种后 ,MeSA的释放量从感病前低于 1ng/(株·3h)增加到 30ng/(株·3h)的水平 ,并能维持数天 经MeSA诱导处理的植株与对照植株相比MeSA的释放量平均增大了 4倍 ,接种 72h后枯斑平均直径减小了 6 1% 。
Using Tenax as adsorbent,the change of composition of the volatile emitted from tobacco seedling after inoculation with tobacco mosaic virus (TMV) has been measured through adsorption,then thermal desorption and GC MS analysis.Many compounds closely related to the infection process of tobaccos were isolated and identified.Among them,methyl salicylate was quantitatively studied.The experiments showed that after TMV inoculation,the released amount of MeSA could rapidly increase from<1 ng before infection up to 30 ng/(plant·3 h) and keep the level for several days.Released MeSA for group of induced tobacco increased 4 fold higher than those for contrast group in average.Also the average lesion diameters decreased by 61% after 72 h of the inoculation.These show that the compound is a kind of airborne signal chemical for pathogen resistance transferring among tobacco.
