摘要
在实验室条件下 ,蚯蚓的活动能提高高沙土、黄泥土、红壤中氮素矿化量 ,但对 3种土壤中矿质氮含量的影响不同 ,以对高沙土的影响最为显著 ,对黄泥土的影响最小。向土壤中加入 0~ 40 0mg/kg的锌对土壤氮素矿化量没有明显影响。加锌量在 2 0 0mg/kg以下时对土壤硝化作用和反硝化作用有促进作用 ,高于该水平则有抑制作用。加锌量在 0~ 40 0mg/kg范围内 ,蚯蚓对土壤氮素矿化。
The effects of earthworm activity on nitrogen transformation in soils added with zinc were examined. Results indicated that the content of mineral nitrogen was significantly increased by earthworm activity. The affecting order for three test soil was orthic aquisol, anthiaquic anthrosol and udic serrallisol. Zinc added at the rate ranging from zero to 400 mg/kg did not affect the content of nitrogen mineralized. Nitrification and denitrification activities were seemingly increased by the zinc added below 200 mg/kg, but decreased above this added rate. Stimulating effects of earthworm on the nitrogen transformation were consistent among the three soils tested regardless of zinc addition rates.
