摘要
从理论上研究了粘附微小针尖后造成石英晶振的品质因素Q值降低的原因 ,通过实验得出合适的针尖直径、长度等参数 ,使石英晶振的Q值大大地提高 。
In order to overcome the disadvantages of the conventional scanning probe microscopy, a quartz resonator with a glued tip is used as micro force sensors instead of a complex micro cantilever and expensive optical detectors that make the Q factor of quartz resonator greatly fall. Factors leading to a decrease in the Q of the quartz resonator after the tip glued are theoretically analyzed. Experiments to get parameters affecting Q of the quartz resonator are carried out, and methods for recovering the high Q factors are proposed.
