摘要
首台国产化螺纹锁紧环换热器 ,自 1993年 9月投用以来 ,存在换热效率低 ,主密封多次泄漏等缺陷 ,运行可靠性较差。作者根据 1997年停工大修中该设备的检修问题 ,全面分析了内件结构存在的缺陷 ,在参考意大利IMB、BELLELI、HUDSON等引进螺纹锁紧环换热器专利技术的基础上 ,提出了简便的结构改造思路。
In Japan of Sendada,However,since being put to use in 1993.7,some problems have emerged such as low efficiency of heat transfer and the frequent leaks of principal air-proofing system and also the poor reliability of system running.During the annul overhaul in 1997,in virtue of the process of overhauling the equipment,the author comprehensively analyzes the limitation in the inner structure of the equipment.On the base of studying comprehensively the patent of the heat transfer of screw theread.Locked annulus introduced from.Italy IMB.BELLELI.HUDSON,the author brings forward the simple structure improving ideas.The state of structure limitation and the central thought of structure improving for the first domestic heat transfer equipment of screw thread locked annulus.
