摘要
                
                    用液淬实验研究了耐热球墨可锻铸铁的一次结晶过程.结果发现,尽管它的铸态为白口,组织中却有少量石墨存在.这些石墨在共晶前就开始析出,故而能减少铸铁总的体收缩率,有利于减少形成缩孔(缩松)的倾向.在一定范围内,石墨析出量越多,铸铁的缩孔(缩松)倾向就越小.业已发现,初晶石墨的析出量多少与铸铁成分及壁厚(冷却速度)等因素有关.
                
                The primary crystal process of heat -resisting malleable nodular graphi te cast iron is studied in this article by means of quenching sample in liquid state.The result showed th at although its cast state is white,it actually has graphite in the microstructure.These few graphite start to separate out before the crystalliza tion of eutectic,therefore decrease the to tal body shrinkage rate and reduce th e tendency of shaping shrinkage void(shrinkage porosity)of cast iron.In a certain range the mo re amount of graphite separating out ,the smaller ten-dency of shrinkage void(shrinkage porosity)of cast iron.It has discovered that primary graphite separating out is connected with the component of cast iron and the wall thickness(cooling rate)and some other factors.
