就发表于天津《今晚报》的何建明《“中国石油之父”与大庆油田》涉及的九则史实澄清事实。一则 :黄汲清先生是我国地质事业的开拓者和奠基人之一 ,他在石油普查方面的卓越工作为大庆油田的发现打下了基础 ,但“中外新闻界和科技界”未曾有他是“中国石油之父”的报道。二则 :大庆油田的发现井松基 3井的井位由地质部门和石油部门的专家多次讨论共同选定 ,并经石油部批准 ,大庆油田发现的基础是众多地质家多年工作积累的结果 ,凝聚了地质部、石油工业部、中国科学院等各级领导和技术人员的心血和智慧 ,国家已对其中黄先生的重要贡献给予很高的荣誉。三则 :第一个提出“陆相生油论”的是潘钟祥先生。四则 :何文关于 193 8年 6月翁文灏向周恩来商借钻机之事的时间、地点、人物全都错位。五则 :玉门油田发现与开发的组织者和领导者应首推翁文灏。六则 :威远气田发现于 1964年 ,不是 193 8～ 1941年发现的。七则 :“共产党历史上的第一位石油干部”是 1940～ 1941年被派在延长油矿进行地质勘察的汪鹏。八则 :中美西北地质矿产试探队 193 7年野外考察的结论是“甘肃西北部有石油存在” ,并非“希望不大”。九则 :新中国第一张中国含油远景分区图是翁文波主持并邀请谢家荣、黄汲清参加编制的《中国大陆含油远?
The nine events in Chinese petroleum history contained in the paper''Father of China′s Petroleum'and D aqing Oil Field'published on the newspaper of 'Today′s Evening Paper' of Tia njin by Mr. HE Jian ming, are needed to clarify, as following:1) Mr. HUANG Ji qing is one of pioneers and founders of China′s geological cause, and his outstanding work for surveying petroleum laying the foundations for discovery o f the Daqing oil field, however, 'the domestic and overseas press and scientifi c technological circles'never reported that 'he is the father of China′s pet r oleum'. 2) The discovery well of Daqing oil field, Well Songji 3 was selected based on many joint discussions by experts from Geology and Petroleum Department s, and approved to drill by the Ministry of Petroleum Industry of China. The bas is of discovering Daqing oil field is due to working hard by many geologists for many years, and also involved with the efforts and wisdom contributed by leader s and experts from the Ministry of Geology, the Ministry of Petroleum Industry a nd the Chinese Academy of Sciences, of them Mr. Huang has already been appreciat ed highly by our country. 3) The geologist who first advanced a theory of contin ental origin of oil is Professor PAN Zhong xiang. 4) In regard to the fact that Mr. WENG Wen hao borrowed drilling machine from ZHOU En lai in June, 1938, wh at Mr. HE reported in his paper, in it the concerned time, place and personage a re all wrong. 5) The organizer and leader ranked first who discovered and develo ped the Yumen oil field is Mr. WENG Wen hao. 6) The Weiyuan gas field was disco vered in 1964, not from 1938 to 1941. 7) 'The first petroleum cadre in the hist ory of the Communist Party'is Mr. WANG Peng assigned to survey the Yanchang oil field from 1940 to 1941. 8) The conclusion of field survey report provided by t he China U.S.A. geological team in 1937 is that'there exists oil in the northw est part of Gansu province', and does not mean 'no big hope'. 9)'A map of Pe troleum Prospect Distribution in China's Mainland', which is the first map showin g petroleum prospects in new China, was upheld by Mr.WENG Wen bo, and drawn up by XIE Jia rong and HUANG Ji qing, and exhibited in January, 1955.
