摘要 针对SNIA工艺合成的粗己内酰胺精制的需要 ,开发了一种非晶态合金催化剂循环加氢精制新工艺。小型模拟研究结果表明 ,该工艺可将原料的RIC值由 8.46降至 4以下 ,满足SNIA工艺对粗己内酰胺精制的要求 ,是一种有效的精制方法 。 A new hydrofining process with an amorphous alloy catalyst for purification of a water epsilon caprolactam mixture produced by SNIA process was developed, the catalyst was separated after reaction and recycled. The bench scale experimental results showed that the RIC value after hydrofining could be reduced from 8.46 to about 4, which met the purification requirement of SNIA process. It is an effective process and is expected to replace the present method of KMnO4 oxidative treatment.
