摘要
报道FCC轻汽油馏分中的C5、C6叔烯烃与甲醇进行醚化反应转化为甲基叔戊基醚、甲基叔己基醚 ,降低汽油中烯烃含量的催化蒸馏中型试验 ,结果表明 ,将醚化油按自然比例与催化裂化重汽油馏分混合后 ,汽油的烯烃含量约降低 5~ 9个百分点 ,蒸气压显著降低 ,抗爆指数提高 1个单位以上。
Etherification of 5 carbon and 6 carbon tertiary olefins in FCC light naphtha to methyl tert pentyl ether and methyl tert hexyl ether for reducing the olefin content in FCC naphtha was conducted on a catalytic distillation pilot plant. Through mixing the etherified oil into the heavy portion of the FCC naphtha at a natural ratio, the olefin content of FCC naphtha reduced by 5-9 percentage, the antiknock index dropped more than 1 unit and the vapor pressure decreased significantly.
