摘要
为了解单纯性肥胖环核苷酸的功能以及针灸对其的作用,观察了针灸前后37例单纯性肥胖患者的肥胖指标、血中脂质水平和血浆中环核苷酸(cAMP和eGMP)含量的变化。结果表明,单纯性肥胖患者血浆中cAMP显著低于正常人的水平,以及脂质代谢明显异常,说明调整脂质代谢的神经内分泌功能紊乱;针灸治疗在取得减肥效应及脂质代谢良性调整作用的同时亦提高了患者血浆中cAMP的水平。提示针灸可能是通过提高患者cAMP的水平实现其减肥效应。
In order to understand the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on the function of cyclic nucleotide in simple obesity,we have observed the obesity indeces, the lipid level, the content of cyclic nucleotide (cAMP and cGMP) in plasma in 37 simple obese patients before and after the acupuncture and moxibustion treatment. The results showed that the level of cAMP in simple obese patients was lower than normal and the lipometabolism was markedly abnormal in the obses patients, suggesting a disturbance of neuroendocrine regulation to lipometabolism. The results also showed that the therapeutic effect of acupuncture and moxibustion was satisfactory. At the same time , there are the benign regulatory effects of acupucture and moxibustion in the obesity, lipometabolism and the function of cAMP .
The results suggested that the effect of antiobesity by acupuncture and moxibustion was effected through increasing the function of cAMP.
