摘要
采用固相接枝的方法对聚丙烯 (PP)进行表面改性 ,提高了其表面极性 ,增强其与玻纤 (GF)之间的界面结合从而改善其与玻纤增强复合材料的力学性能。重点研究了偶联剂的种类、引发剂引发的固相接枝PP及其添加量对玻纤布增强PP复合材料片材的弯曲强度、弯曲模量和层间剪切强度的影响。结果表明 ,随着接枝PP添加量的增加 ,层间剪切强度增大 ,弯曲强度和模量可达到某一最高值。
PP surface was modified by the method of solid phase graft, it′s polarity is enhanted, the interfacial bonding strength between PP and GF and the mechanical properties of PP/GF were improved. It were investigated which effects of different coupling agents, solid phase grafted PP initiated with initiator, as well as the content of gPP on the flexural strength?modulus and interlaminar shear strength of PP/GF composite sheets as emphasis. The results showed that the interlaminar shear strength was increased and the flexural strength reached peak with the increase of gPP content.
