摘要
介绍了自动测试技术的发展过程。为适应高科技、高效率、高效益市场经济环境的需求，着重从虚拟仪器新概念、测试技术的革新、测试设计和测试方法的策略及被测对象的可测性等方面较详尽阐述了第三代自动测试系统的新思路、新特点和新方向。
This paper presents the development process of the automatic test technology briefly and describes new thinking, new characteristics and new diriction of third generation of the automatic test system in more detail.
