摘要
用 Hongland and Arnon营养液培养蒜苗 ,研究温度、光照和 PH对蒜苗锌吸收积累的影响 .结果表明 :在 PH5.0~ 7.0范围内 ,锌含量先升后降 ,在 PH6.5时吸收量最大 ;温度对蒜苗锌吸收影响较大 ,在一定温度范围内 (1 0~ 2 2℃ ) ,随着温度的升高锌含量增加 ;
This paper presents the effect of temperature and P H of the absorption and accumulation of Zn in intact seedlings of Allium L.,cultured in Hongland and Arnon complete nutrient solution.The Zn content rose at first and then lowered within P H5.0~7.0,the Zn content was maximum at PH6.5.The effect of temperature to the Zn content was obvious,it increased with temperature in 10~22℃.Light had some effect on the content of Zn,but it was less than the temperature and P H.
