摘要
                
                    随着我国市场经济体制的逐步确立 ,不同层次和形式的管理日益成为人们关心的问题。要在管理中充分体现“以人为本”,单靠激励是远远不够的 ,应该注重文化因素的重大影响 ,文化的主导价值意义是重大的 ,其所涉及的信息沟通。
                
                With the gradual building of market economy system in China,people have become more and more concerned with the managements of different levels and forms.To emphasize that the person is the centre of all in the course of management,it is not enough only to depend on encouragements.The great influence of cultural factors should be considered.The leading value of culture is greatly significant and its corresponding cultural factors can′t be ignored,such as information exchange,identification and formation of responsibilities.
