实验性糖尿病大鼠血脂质异常及意义

摘要 目的 :探讨糖尿病大鼠血清脂质紊乱情况及意义。方法 :检测链脲佐菌素 (STZ)所致糖尿病 (DM)大鼠血清中的脂质、载脂蛋白、总抗氧化能力等。结果 :DM大鼠较正常大鼠血清甘油三脂 (TG)、总胆固醇 (TC)、脂蛋白(a) (Lpα)及载脂蛋白B(ApoB)均显著升高 (P <0 .0 1) ,而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL -C)、载脂蛋白AI(ApoAI)明显降低 (P <0 .0 1)。血清丙二醛 (MAD)含量显著升高 (P <0 .0 1) ,总抗氧化能力明显降低 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :糖尿病大鼠血脂异常及总抗氧化能力降低 ,可能参与DM及其并发症的发生。 Objective: To observe the metabolic disorder of lipid in streptozotocin (STZ) induced diabetic rats. Methods: The model of diabetes mellitus(DM) was built with STZ in rats. The levels of lipoproteins and apoproteins were observed. Results: The levels of TG、TC、Lpa、ApoB in diabetic rats serum were significantly higher than those in normal control ones (P<0.01), whereas the levels of HDL-C and ApoA I were lower than those in controls (P<0.01). Conclusion:It is suggested that DM is associated with dyslipidemia, which may participate in the occurence and development of DM and of its chronic complications.
