摘要
在漏电保护器的失效模式分析的基础上 ,提出了可靠性指标 ,并根据可靠性抽样理论给出其可靠性试验方法 。
The reliability index was applied on base of the analysis on the failure mode. And a reliability test method was put forward. A device used for reliability test was designed.
