摘要
简要论述了汽轮发电机组轴系扭振监测研究及扭振仪现状 ,阐明了四端网络法的基本原理和该算法的优点 ,并对应用广泛的用于测量旋转轴扭振的时间脉冲法进行了概要说明。基于四端网络模型和时间脉冲法 ,文中详细介绍了本扭振监测与分析仪的系统结构和系统功能。该分析仪集扭振数据采集与分析于一体 ,实时监测扭振状况 ,并对扭振故障进行在线分析 。
The present situation of monitoring and analysis of the shaft torsional vibration is discussed in this paper.The basic theory and the advantage of four\|terminal network method are explained.And time pulse method which is widely used to measure the shaft torsional vibration is narrated summarily.Based on four\|terminal network model and time pulse method,the hardware structure and system functions of the monitoring and analysis set are expounded in detail.The set integrates data acquisition with analysis,monitors the real\|time state of torsional vibration,and analyzes the fault of torsional vibration on\|line,which brings a short and long\|term benefits to the safe operation of steam turbine generators.
