摘要
通过对晶闸管变流装置换流过程分析 ,指出换流过程中pn结载流子迟滞效应及交流回路的漏抗是造成换流尖峰电压的主要原因 ,并利用公式推导和对换流波形进行波形分析的方法总结了换流回路过渡过程的特点 ,并找出了尖峰电压与回路参数之间的关系及其变化规律 ,最后引入系数优化曲线提出保护电路参数确定的设计方案及具体计算实例。
As well known, components of the thyristor own high resistance and low capacity, which limits its abilities of storing and dissipating the energy caused by overvoltage. Therefore, some means must be adopted to keep the device operate safely. The article analyses reasons of transient overvoltage in thyristor based converter and schemes of protection, and points out the main reason of cause of spike, and further provides the method of choosing the parameters of protective circuit to deal with commutation spike, finally gives an example in detail.
