高校要利用文件材料、照片、实物等档案，对师生员工以及社会各界人士开放校史展览和校园网档案信息页，发挥高校档案的教育功能。
This essay discusses the educational function of university archives through making use of documents, photographs and material objects to exhibit the history of the university and publicizing it with the aid of campus network to the faculty, students and people of all walks of life.
