摘要
                
                    采用火棉胶法和水合氯醛法研究了大豆叶片气孔密度、茸毛密度与灰斑病抗性的关系。试验结果表明 ,抗病品种和感病品种叶片正面和背面的茸毛密度并没有什么差异 ;但抗病品种叶片正面及叶片背面的气孔密度明显少于感病品种 ,这是抗病品种抵抗菌丝侵入的第一结构屏障。
                
                There were different leaves structures between resistant and susceptible cultivars, the number of stomatal of resistant cultivars were less than that of stomatal of susceptible cultivars, This can be thought the first structure barrier to resist the hyphae of   Cercospora sojina   Hara penetrae in soybean leaves of  resistant cultivars.On the other hand ,there were no differance on hair densities between resistant cultivars and susceptible ones.
