摘要
中国共产党作为执政党，要把中国的事情办好，从党自身来说，关键取决于以下几个方面，即要有一个坚强有力的党的中央领导集体和领导核心；要坚定对马克思主义的信念，并加强理论创新，在实践中坚持和发展邓小平理论；要保持党同人民群众的血肉联系，始终忠实地代表中国最广人民群众的根本利益；要加强党的制度建设，建立和健全一套科学、严密的治党方略；要实现党的执政方式由“以党治国”向依法治国的根本转变，进一步提高党的执政水平。
If the Cmmunist Party of China, the ruling party, means to run the country well,the following factors concerning the Party itself are decisive: having a strong and powerful Party central leading group and leading nucleus; having infinite faith in Marxism, increasing innovations in theory, upholding and developing Deng Xiao ping's Theory in practice; maintaining the Party's close ties with the masses, and represent-ing consistently and faithfully the basic interests of the vast majority of the masses of the people; strengthening the system construction of the Par-ty, establishing and perfection a set of scientific and strict general plans of administering the Party; realizing the radical transformation of the Par-ty*s ruling mode from 'ruling by the Party' to 'ruling by law'to heighten the ruling level of the Party.
