摘要
目的 :定量观察平阳霉素 (PYM)化疗的组织学效果。方法 :收集 2 5例行PYM诱导化疗前的口腔鳞癌活检标本和相应术后标本 ,做PCNA免疫组化染色和HE染色 ,分别观察化疗前后PCNA指数 (PI)、有丝分裂指数 (MI)、肿瘤细胞密度(TCD)、角化程度 (KG)、间质淋巴细胞浸润程度 (LI)和细胞凋亡指数 (AI)的变化情况。结果 :在化疗有效 (PR)的病人组中 ,PI、MI和TCD显著下降 ,KG显著增多。而在化疗无效 (NR)的病人组中 ,PI、MI、TCD和KG的变化无显著意义。结论 :PI、MI、TCD和KG是判断PYM化疗效果的客观指标。
Objective:To observe histological effect of PYM chemotherapy on OSCC.Methods:Changes of tumor cell density(TCD)?keratinzation grade(KG)?lymphocytic infiltration grade(LI)?apoptotic index(AI)?proliferating cell nuclear antigen index(PI) and mitotic index(MI) after PYM induction chemotherapy were quantitatively observed by examination of biopsy specimens before treatment and resected specimens after operation from 25 patients with OSCC.Results:In patients with partial response to chemotherapy,TCD?PI and MI were significantly decreased and keratotic degree was statistically increased. However,in patients with nonresponse to chemotherapy,the markers had no statistical changes.Conclusion:PI MI?TCD and KG are objective markers that can reflect effect of PYM induction chemotherapy on OSCC.
