摘要
目的 评价世界银行贷款中国结核病控制项目成效。方法 根据全省结核病报表分析肺结核患者登记及治疗效果。结果 广东省结核病控制项目从 1995年全面覆盖 ,截止到 1999年 12月 31日 ,5年来累计接诊肺结核病例 (含疑似患者 ) 6 0 1913例 ,发现涂阳肺结核患者 11116 4例 ,其中新发涂阳 916 12例。仅 1999年新发涂阳病例数为项目实施前 10年新发涂阳病例数 1985 8人的 1 2倍。新发涂阳病例平均治愈率 95 2 % ,5年来呈上升趋势 ,从 87 6 %上升到 97 2 %。
Objective To evaluate the e ff ect of tuberculosis control project loaned by World Bank in Guangdong province. Methods The registration and the treatment effect of pulm onary tuberculosis patients according to Guangdong tuberculosis report were anal yzed. Results The above program had been conducted wide- spread s ince 1995 Over the past five years, 601 913 cases of suspicious tuberculosis p a tients have been received and diagnosed, in which 111 164 infectious patients(co ntaining 91 612 newly-attacked infectious cases) were found Just in 1999,the nu mber of newly-attacked infectious patients was 12 times to that(19 858 newly -attacked infectious cases) of 1981～1990 prior to this program And the average cure rat e of infectious patients reached to 952% The cure rate showed an uptrend amoun ting to 972% from 876%. Conclusion Satisfactory effect have been achieved by the World-Bank loaned TB control proj ect in Guangdong province.
