摘要
为防止H_2S腐蚀,采用热浸镀铝法制取了渗铝钢,探讨了渗铝钢在不同浓度的H_2S-3%NaCl-H_2O体系中的腐蚀行为,熔炼了FeAl_3、Fe_2Al_5、Fe_ 2Al等铁铝合金;并采用阳极溶解技术获得了渗铝钢扩散层中不同的中间相层,测量了其在5 00 mg/L H_2S-3%NaCl-H_2O溶液中的自然腐蚀电位、极化曲线 和电化学阻抗,结果表明渗铝钢在该体系中腐蚀速率较Q235钢低2~3个数量级。
The corrosion behavior of aluminum hot dipped steel in different concentrations of H2S-3% NaCl-H2O solution was studied by electrochemical means. Intermediate phases of Fe-Al alloy were prepared from metting, and the different Fe-Al intermediate phases in the diffusion layer could be obtained by anodic solving process. The corrosion voltage, polarization curve and electrochemical impedance were measured in H2S-3% NaCl-H2O system containing 500 mg/L hydrogen sulfide. It was shown that the corrosion resistance of aluminum hot dipped steel was better than that of Q235 steel.
