摘要
应用代数方法对铰链四杆机构的连杆曲线二重点进行详细研究 ,得到了用机构结构参数表示的二重点坐标计算式 ,并将二重点的计算、识别过程归结为一个三次代数方程根的求解、分析过程 ,然后较全面。
The double points are one of the most distinct f eatures of the coupler curve generated by four-bar linkage. The geometrical app roach can only lead to qualitative analysis which is not enough for the synthesi s of four-bar path generator. In this paper, double points of the coupler curve were studied quantitatively with algebraic method. Some criteria and formulas w ith structure parameters of four-bar linkage for computing coordinates of doubl e points were developed from cubic algebraic equation. The optioned range and ef fect of structure parameters on the roots of the cubic equation were analyzed. T he results are useful for preventing from aimless searching in numerical approac h and quickly obtaining expected linkage.
