摘要
为了提高电容器外壳的表面涂装质量 ,涂装前能够有一个无油、无锈、粗糙的基底对提高漆膜的附着力起着决定性的作用。为此对电容器外壳涂装前处理的除油、除锈、磷化进行了一些综合性的工艺试验。获得了质量稳定、膜层结晶细腻、深灰色 ,并与绝缘油之间有良好的相容性。本文又对几种涂料进行了相关试验 ,采用新型涂料 。
To improve the surface treatment quality of the power capacitor,it is important for the outer covering with a oil free,rust free and rough coating.With this view,some synthetic process test have be done for the surface treatment,and a film with steady quality,very fine crystal and dark gray color,good compatibility with the insulated oil is obtained.In this article,some type of paint has been studied.Application of new type paint increases the coating quality of the appearance of the product.
