摘要
介绍了盱眙电厂复杂环境下大型厂房拆除爆破的设计及施工。采用提高铰支点的位置、每根砼立柱由下往上阶梯微差延时起爆和梯段装药等技术措施,爆破拆除获得圆满成功。所有被保护目标安全无损,倾倒方向、坍塌范围得到了有效控制,特别是减振和防止后坐取得了令人满意的效果。
In this paper, the design and operation of demolition blasting of a large factory building in Xuyi Power Plant are introduced. Some technical measures such as raising the seat of pivot point, stepping the millisecond delay detonation and the charging on every erect pillar of reinforced concrete from bottom to top are taken, which has made the blasting completely succeeded. All the protected objects are undamaged. The direction and range of building collapse are controlled exactly. Especially, better effects has been got in decreasing the earthquake andavoiding the recoil.
