以马铃薯、面粉、玉米粉为主要原料,以功能性卵磷脂、钙粉为强化剂,并配果蔬辅料及调味剂,加工成色、香、味俱全,营养均衡的油炸膨化儿童食品。该配方科学合理,加工方法简便。
This paper introduces a new technological process of potato children' s food. It took potato, wheat flour and corn flour as main raw materials, functional lecithin and calcium powder as strengthen agents, and compounded with fruit - vegetable supplements as well as various condiments. Then a deep fried dough, popped children s food with balanced nutrition would be processed, which completed in colour, fragrance and rational, and processing method is simple.
