摘要
工程管理软件P3可对工程进度的全过程进行动态跟踪和控制。本文通过P3在齐鲁石化炼油改扩建工程中的应用 ,介绍了P3的功能 ,阐述了采用P3对石化工程进行工程进度管理的方法 ,并针对应用过程中存在的一些问题进行了探讨。应用结果表明 :采用P3软件管理 ,加强了工程信息反馈的及时性和准确性 ,提高了工程管理质量 。
P3 is a project management software that can dynamically trace & control whole project progress. The paper introduced the P3 function & application. The writer also discussed some questions. It was shown that P3 software is able to feedback project information timely & accurately,improve project management quality and shorten the work period.
