摘要
比较详细地介绍了国外石油钻机技术的发展现状和趋势 ,并对我国石油钻机技术发展的现状作了分析 ,认为我国石油钻机技术与国外主要存在 8个方面的差距。其主要原因是国内市场需求不旺 ;基础件品种规格少 ,质量差 ;重主机轻配套、重硬件轻软件的倾向制约和抑制我国石油钻机的发展 ;资金短缺、独创技术少也是制约发展的重要影响因素。提出了建立相应的管理领导机构、加强基础件的研究制造、加大技术创新和技术改造资金的投入、建立研究 -生产联合体、加强总装厂建设和培养综合素质人才等
The developing status and trend of drilling rigs abroad are expounded in detail. The current status of the status of drilling rigs in China is also analyzed.The main difference between our drilling rig technique and foreign technique is indicated, and the reasons are found.Suggestions for speeding up development of drilling rigs are put forward:establishing special management organization for development and sale of drilling rigs, strengthening development of basic component elements, laying stress on technical innovation and modification,constructing a union of scientific research and production, and founding drilling rig assembly plants.
